How to grow
Make the compost: place the peat-free compost pellet in a suitable mixing container and add 350ml of lukewarm water. Allow to stand and expand for 30-60 minutes, drain off any excess water and mix compost well. You may have more compost than you require, and more water could be required if the compost mix is looking dry.
How to plant: fill 90% of the planter with compost and gently water. Place the seeds evenly over the surface and cover with a thin layer of compost and gently water. Place the planter indoors in a bright position. Water regularly, never allowing the compost to dry out. After the seeds have sprouted, remove excess seedlings, leaving the three strongest ones to grow. Place the planter outside in a sunny position after the risk of frost has passed.
