Information for members

• Kew and Wakehurst members receive a 10%* discount in-store at our Kew shops and online. To receive your discount, simply enter your membership discount code when prompted at checkout. You will have received this in your membership joining email.  
• Please contact us before placing an order if you are having trouble applying your discount code. We will not be able to discount your order after it's been placed.
