Kew Wildflowers Seedball Tube, Forget-me-not
Product Description
These Forget-Me-Not seed balls (Myosotis arvensis), these delicate blue flowers grow really easily, perfect for attracting pollinators and creating a soft, delicate bloom in any outdoor space.
Forget-me-nots are beloved for their dainty blue flowers and symbolic meaning—making them a thoughtful addition to any garden. They make for lovely gardening gifts, bee and butterfly gifts, eco friendly gifts or birthday gifts.
Short annual with blue-grey flowers occasionally interspersed with pink flowers.
- One tube: 20 balls, approx. 1000 native wildflower seeds, perfect for pollinators
- Clay, to protect the seeds from predators
- Peat-free compost, to provide a little nutrition
- Chilli powder, to deter slugs and snails eating the young shoots
- Simply scatter on top of soil or compost leaving at least 10cm between each ball and water on dry days. Sprouts seen in 2 to 4 weeks, weather depending.
- Best scattered in spring or autumn - Flowers: Apr - Oct
- One tube of seed bombs will cover 1 square metre in a garden bed or 3-5 medium sized pots (leave at least 10cm between each ball)
