2 x Agapanthus Dr Brouwer roots which produce pale blue-lilac trumpet shaped flowers. The blooms turn darker with age and contrast beautifully with the strikingly dark straight stems.

1 x Agapanthus Polar Ice roots which produce round umbels of sparkling white trumpet shaped flowers. It has mid-green coloured, strap-like foliage that perfectly lightens and brightens this mix of blooms.

How to plant

Agapanthuses thrive in well-drained soil with a good amount of humus however a rich potting soil should be used when planting in outdoor containers or pots.

Water well during growth, reduce water in autumn and apply a mulch for winter protection.

Place containers and pots indoors and keep them almost dry and frost-free.

When to plant

Plant between March and May, in a position of full sun.

Gift membership products
