Product Description
Grow your very own salad garden and create a bowl worth savouring with this bold trio of mizuna, wild rocket, and red salad bowl lettuce. These easy varieties pack in flavour and texture. They add peppery warmth, fresh crunch, and rich colour to every plate.
Snip the leaves young for extra bite. Alternatively, let them grow on for a generous harvest of lush, vibrant greens ready to toss straight into your salad.
This growbar includes:
- Mizuna (Annual) - a fast growing, hardy, cut and come again salad green with a mild peppery tang. Seedlings have oval-shaped leaves that have a deep vein down the centre.
- Wild rocket (Annual) - has toothed, dark green leaves packed with a peppery punch. Seedlings have delicate leaves with long feathery fronds.
- Red Salad Bowl Lettuce (Annual) - is a lovely bronze, loose-leafed, cut and come again lettuce for colourful salads. Seedlings have egg shaped leaves with a red stem.
Growing tips:
- The growbar contains a coir bar packed with seeds. To grow your salad greens start your Growbar between March and September. All that’s needed is a small container, water, and a warm, sunny spot on the windowsill.
- When the seedlings have produced 4-8 leaves, you can then gently separate them and plant them in a sunny weed-free spot in the garden.
- Plants grown in the ground with plenty of space and sunlight will produce more abundant flowers but it is also possible to grow the seedlings in large containers on a balcony or patio.

Note: Mat Collishaw framed prints can take up to 2 weeks for delivery and are excluded from promotional discounts.

If your basket contains age restricted products, our courier will request passport or driving license ID if the recipient looks under 25.
Gift membership products
Gift Membership packs are sent using a tracked and signed for service. Unfortunately, we are unable to replace gift memberships that are lost or misplaced once received by the recipient.

International and EU orders are subject to variable postage costs calculated at checkout; these are dependent on the size and value of your order.
Orders to EU and International addresses may be subject to local customs duty or taxes. You will need to pay any additional charges for customs clearance, charges include local VAT and duty based on the value and origin of the product upon receipt of your order.
