Product Description
Made in collaboration with the Laithwaites, this is a creamy, rounded white wine featuring Spain’s almost-forgotten Albillo grape.
Lovely pear and delicate peach notes with citrus and blossom.
Albillo is a forgotten grape variety found largely in a Castilla y Léon region of just 2,000 hectares, where the vineyards are mostly small, family-owned plots called majuelos, along the banks of the river Pisuerga. There you might find the insects and plants featured on the label. Lees aged for six months, the wine has a creamy roundness with hints of blossom and citrus.

We offer FREE delivery on UK-only orders over £60 (Tracked Standard delivery service). (This does not apply to our print-on-demand service)
