Fulfilment and delivery details
We aim to dispatch goods within two working days of the receipt of your order and to achieve delivery within a further three days to UK addresses.
Europe bound goods should be delivered within 7 working days of despatch, USA & Canada 10 working days and the Rest of the World 10-28 working days .

Please be aware that there may be local duty and / or taxes payable on goods delivered outside the UK. RBG Kew Enterprises are not responsible for paying these charges.
All packages will be sent via Parcel Force and will need to be signed for on delivery.
Please note we are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.
We will make every effort to fulfill your order, provided the goods are in stock. However on some busy peak times like Christmas and during special promotions we may take slightly longer to deliver due to demand. You will be informed by email if this is the case.
Items that are marked as "in stock" will usually be shipped within 48 hours of is receiving your order. For various reasons it is not always possible for us to guarantee that "in stock" items will actually be in stock at all times. If this is the case, one of our customer services team will contact you and let you know as soon as possible. They will offer options and suggest alternatives and await your instruction before proceeding with the order.
Postage and Packing Charges
Special postage rates apply for the purchase of Gift Tickets within the UK.

Returns
Goods may be returned for a full refund up to 14 days after date of purchase, if faulty or damaged in transit. Orders cancelled after despatch may be returned for a full refund, less postage and packing, within 7 days, but must be returned by registered post with proof of purchase. Upon receipt and inspection of product, a refund will be issued to the customers credit card. All refunds will be to purchasing card only. Goods purchased online may be returned to the Victoria Plaza Gift Shop at Kew Gardens for a refund to the purchasing card, if proof of purchase is supplied. Please note that to enter the Gift Shop and entry ticket for Kew Gardens must be purchased.
Please note no credit card details will be retained by RBG Kew Enterprises online after use.
Restrictions
Be aware that we are not able to deliver seeds from Kew Urban Collection to Australia, New Zealand or South Africa. as these the countries have restrictions on importing seeds.
Unfortunately, due to postage constraints we are only able to deliver our pots within the UK. If you are overseas but would like our pots, please contact us directly for further details.
